I am just learning how to blog in preparation for our move to New Zealand. My sister, Karen, is helping me learn about this process. She does this sort of thing for a living.
Today, we sold one of our cars. I also have finally collected all the necessary paperwork for immigration and will hopefully send that off in the next week. This process of immigrating requires constant attention to detail and seems like it will never be complete. As fast as I get something done, something new comes up to attend to.

Thank you. I am trying to integrate my life. I find that it’s necessary to grieve, so I am going back in time. This blog reading of going through a tough time, is very helpful. I also purchased PTSD in the medicine wheel, and that is helping. I have some of your artwork, but I was interested and knowing if you have artwork for sale. Have you painted any birds?

I have painted some birds – crows and doves are ones that come to mind.
Grief is strange in that you often have to go back before you can go forward
All the best with integration – it is really a practice, which means it is ongoing, with ups and downs and peaks and valleys
